Our 1/8th Beef Box includes approximately 47–50 pounds of our 100% grass-fed and finished beef, straight from our Sierra Nevada ranch to your table.
Each box is thoughtfully hand-packed with a mix of cuts across three categories:
Ground (~20 lbs) Ground Beef (80/20)
Steaks (~15 lbs) A selection from cuts like Boneless Ribeye, Top Sirloin, Flat Iron, Skirt Steak, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Hanger Steak, and Picanha (Sirloin Cap)
Misc (~15 lbs) Hearty cuts including Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Chuck Steak, Osso Bucco, Tri Tip, Back Ribs, Brisket, and Chuck Roast
Please note that while the cuts listed above reflect what may be included, each box is fulfilled based on available inventory and does not guarantee that every item will be included. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed and clearly labeled so you always know exactly what's inside.
