We are nestled in the rolling foothills of the western Sierra Nevadas, upstream along the North Fork of the Tule River, just outside Springville, California. Our 880 acres of pristine oak woodland provide rich, year-round forage for our herd of Black Angus and Hereford cattle — and the land we are honored to call home.
We raise 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Our cattle spend their entire lives on pasture, never receiving grain, corn, or soy. We supplement only with natural ingredients that meet the strictest grass-fed standards - nothing hidden, and nothing compromised.
Hatchet Peak Ranch is proudly owned and stewarded by Gene Cuelho and his three children, A.J., Caysen, and Evie. We are honored to be stewards of this majestic land, and to raise animals under a holistic system built on care and integrity. We hope every cut of beef we send to your table carries that feeling.
